Exchanges & Returns
We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible merchandise returned within 10 calendar days of delivery or in-store purchase confirmation.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must:

MANCANDY reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Store credit issued is valid for one year from the date of issue.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Refund Policy
MANCANDY does not offer monetary refunds.
Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the original amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
If a defective or incorrect item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, store credit will be issued.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and other related costs are non-refundable.

MANCANDY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
