SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Within Mexico

The following terms and conditions constitute our shipping policy:

  • All domestic orders are shipped through FedEx, DHL, Estafeta, or another carrier selected by MANCANDY according to the destination and service availability.

  • Free shipping is available throughout Mexico on eligible orders. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination postal code.

  • Orders in stock are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Certain products may be made to order. In these cases, the production time indicated on the product page must be added to the estimated shipping time.

  • Once shipped, delivery times generally range from 1–5 business days depending on destination and carrier service levels.

  • All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond MANCANDY's control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, operational issues, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. MANCANDY is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MANCANDY's responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.

  • MANCANDY is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Any claims related to shipment issues must be filed directly with the corresponding carrier.

  • If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any additional shipping, return, storage, customs, or handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

The following terms and conditions constitute our international shipping policy:

  • International orders are shipped through DHL, FedEx, USPS, Estafeta, or other available carriers selected by MANCANDY or chosen by the customer when applicable.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, and shipping method selected.

  • Orders in stock are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Certain products may be made to order. In these cases, the production time indicated on the product page must be added to the estimated shipping time.

Estimated transit times

Free Shipping: 15–20 business days

International Standard: 10–20 business days

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier operations, high-volume shipping periods, government actions, or other circumstances beyond MANCANDY's control.

  • International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  • MANCANDY is not responsible for customs delays, customs holds, import restrictions, or packages rejected by customs authorities in the destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. MANCANDY is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
